Harrison Twp. Man's Death Ruled A Homicide, 3 In Custody

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Police have ruled Ronald Duff's death a homicide.

Duff, a 61-year-old man with a mental disability from Harrison Township, was found dead in his Blue Ridge Avenue house Oct. 16.

Last week, police arrested Duff's 56-year-old brother Larry and 22-year-old Jason Link in conjunction with the murder.

Both are charged with criminal homicide.

On Wednesday, police also arrested Larry Duff's wife, 39-year-old Lisa Duff.

She is charged with simple assault, neglect of a care-dependent person and tampering with evidence.

Duff's death was originally deemed suspicious by investigators, because of cuts and bruising that authorities called significant signs of trauma.

They also said his body had been spray painted and doused with water.

Duff's brother, sister-in-law and Link all remain at the Allegheny County Jail.
