Rehabilitation Team Sending Local Girl Justin Bieber Concert

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Adoring fans will rock CONSOL Energy Center Tuesday night when teen idol Justin Bieber takes the stage.

But it's unlikely that any girl in that crowd will be happier than an 11-year-old South Greensburg girl, who managed to get tickets to see her idol thanks to staff and friends at Excela Pediatric Therapy in Youngwood.

Bailie Zilli was 2-years-old when she was found floating face down in a neighborhood pool.

Physical therapist Diane Campbell has helped guide her on the long road back from traumatic brain injury.

She recalls a day when Bailie wasn't responding very well to the coaxing of therapists.

"Somebody said, 'Well, she loves Justin. Pull it up on the phone,'" said Campbell. "So somebody pulled it up on the phone, immediately as she heard the song, she sat up right away, bright-eyed, and she was really just attending to everything they were doing."

Campbell and the staff began a search for tickets that would accommodate for Bailie's wheelchair. Weeks of effort finally paid off.

"We were all really excited," Campbell says. "It was a great day, it was really a great day, when we found out she could go."

Nicole Zilli says her daughter is a big fan.

"Oh, she loves him. She has a purple room, because that's Justin Bieber's favorite color," said Bailie's mom. "She has a life-size cutout of Justin Bieber on her wall. She has Justin Bieber posters, Justin Bieber themes all over her room."

Now, she has Justin Bieber tickets.

"This is one way that Bailie's just like everyone else," her mother says. "Like every other 11-year-old girl, she has a crush on Justin Bieber."
