Frenchy Fuqua Remembers Immaculate Reception 40 Years Later

PITTSBURGH (93-7 The Fan) -- With the 40th anniversary of the Immaculate Reception coming up on Sunday, the Fan Morning Show chatted with Frenchy Fuqua, running back for that legendary 1972 Steelers team.

Fuqua explained that the bad blood between the Steelers and Raiders still flows vigorously.

"If there's any team in the NFL that I don't care for," Fuqua said, "It's the Raiders."

He added that coming back to Pittsburgh always causes his memories of that magical play to rush to the front of his mind, and that the city holds a special place in his heart.

"I'm proud of Pittsburgh," he said.
