Gunshot Victim Hospitalized After Stumbling Into Wilkinsburg Store

WILKINSBURG (KDKA) -- Police have a lot of unanswered questions in the case of a gunshot victim who ended up inside a Wilkinsburg convenience store Monday evening.

Employees at Hanini's Market on Franklin Avenue called 911 when the man stumbled in screaming someone had shot him in the neck.

But police say the shooting actually happened in an apartment four miles away on Bessemer Avenue in East Pittsburgh.

They don't know if the man drove himself to Wilkinsburg or if someone else was behind the wheel.

The man was severely injured but is expected to survive.
