Dr. Frank Talks About Gadgets & Gizmos Galore

Well, look no further because Dr. Frank A. Viggiano Jr. is a gadgets expert. Dr. Frank is a professor Emeritus, and a television freelance and consultant.

His job is to review all the new toys out there and see if they're all they are promoted to be. Dr. Frank takes questions on laptops, cell phones and all things in between.
