Brandin Knight Dishes On James Robinson, Steven Adams Development

PITTSBURGH (93-7 The FAN) - Pitt Hoops Assistant Coach Brandin Knight talked with Starkey, Miller and Mueller on The FAN about the play of freshman point guard James Robinson, and what he has seen from him as the year goes on.

"The moment never gets too big for him," said Knight. "What he brings to the table for us is just a level of stability and some things that don't necessarily show up on the stats sheet."

We talked with Knight about the NBA's one-and-done rule on high school prospects, and he said you can go into other professional fields right after high school, so why not the NBA?

Knight also talked with us about the adjustment period for freshman Steven Adams from playing in New Zealand in America.

"Basketball is basketball all across the world," Knight added. "I just think for him it was just getting acclimated to the environment more than anything."
