Changing Weather Expected For Remainder Of Week

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – The days ahead will feature a lot of changeability in the weather.

Today, some bursts of lake-effect snow will be troublesome through late morning.

However, the snow will stop and there will be some afternoon sun, but it will be cold with a high of just 27 degrees.

Tonight, clouds thicken up again with a low of 21 degrees. However, temperatures will slowly rise to the mid-20s by Friday morning.

A wintry mix will hold off until after the morning rush hour on Friday.

Look for freezing rain and snow to create a hazardous glaze from mid-morning to the early afternoon before getting warm enough for just rain showers. Friday's high temperature will be 36 degrees.

Saturday looks partly sunny with a shower possible and a high of 43 degrees.
