PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – A man was arrested after he was found allegedly growing marijuana over two daycare centers.

Police say 23-year-old Darron Nolen of the North Side had a grow lab in his apartment above the "A Child Shall Lead" daycare in the 2800-block of Perrysville Avenue.

The apartment also neighbors another daycare called "Mamas Little Angels Learning Center," but it was not affected.

In Nolen's apartment, police say they found three large marijuana plants, three small plants, two bags of marijuana, six bags of marijuana seeds and drug packaging and paraphernalia. He was also found having Vicodin.
