PITTSBURGH (93-7 The Fan) – Former Pitt Panthers, Detroit Lions, and Atlanta Falcons guard Bill Fralic joined The Fan Morning Show on Thursday to talk about new rule changes that were just passed this week in the NFL.

He explained that down in the Atlanta area (where he lives) the SEC rules, but the ACC still has a lot of pull.

He said that spring practice wasn’t one of his favorite times as a player, because even if it goes really well, you have to take a few months off before things really get going.

He really can’t imagine how football could be played the same way with the latest round of rule changes concerning leading with the helmet.
