1 Injured In Rankin Shooting
RANKIN (KDKA) – Police are investigating after a man was shot and injured in Rankin Tuesday morning.
According to emergency dispatchers, the shooting happened in Hawkins Village around 11 a.m.
An unidentified man was taken to UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, but his condition is unknown.
Woodland High School's Rankin Promise Program at the intersection of 4th Street and Mound Street was locked down for 15 minutes after the shooting.
It has since reopened and resumed normal operations.
No arrests have been made at this time.
