Firefighters Pull Woman From Bellevue Fire
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – Firefighters worked to save a woman trapped in a burning house Tuesday afternoon.
It started around 3 p.m. in the 220-block of Grant Street in Bellevue Borough.
The three-story house was reported to have heavy fire throughout and a collapse in the basement.
Firefighters also had to rescue a quadriplegic woman from the house.
It is not yet clear if there are any injuries as a result of the fire.
At least one woman was evacuated from a neighboring house.
The Red Cross says that three adults and four children lived inside the home. They are being assisted with food, clothing and shelter.
