Masloff said in a statement released today: “I am endorsing Jack Wagner for Mayor and I am going to campaign for him as often as I can. Jack was a Councilman and then President of City Council when I was Mayor. I know him very well. Jack understands government; he understands cooperation. We did not always agree, but we always worked together for what was best for the City.”
