Two Lottery Tickets Worth $1 Mil Sold In Allegheny County

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – Two people in Allegheny County are sitting on winning lottery tickets.

Two lottery tickets worth a total of more than $1 million were sold in Allegheny County before yesterday's drawing.

One of the tickets was purchased at Smoker Friendly on Route 8 in Gibsonia. The $750,000 ticket correctly matched the six winning numbers of 4-15-16-33-37-38.

A second ticket worth $325,000 was sold at the 7-Eleven in Bigelow Square. The ticket matched the five winning numbers of 8-10-13-16-26.

The Smoker Friendly will get $5,000 for selling the winning ticket, and the 7-Eleven will get a bonus of $500.

Winners have one year to redeem their prizes.
