Walk On Wednesday: What Is Going On With J-Mac?
PITTSBURGH (93-7 The Fan) -- Pirates color commentator and former pitcher Bob Walk joined The Fan Morning Show today for another edition of his weekly segment, "Walk on Wednesday."
The Pirates led the Cardinals 4-2 at the end of the second inning on Tuesday night at PNC Park, but the game was cancelled at that point because of rain. The game will be restarted on a date that will be announced in the future.
Walk looked back at James McDonald's poor start from Monday night, in which he allowed eight runs (three of them earned) in 1.2 innings in a 10-6 Pirates loss. Walk pondered what might be going wrong for James McDonald right now.
