Motorcyclist Killed In Latrobe
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – A motorcyclist was killed Friday when he was hit by an SUV.
It happened around 3:15 p.m. on Ligonier Street in Latrobe.
Police say 42-year-old Charles Bancroft was riding a motorcycle north on the street when a Ford Explorer hit him from behind.
Bancroft was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. He was not wearing a helmet.
An autopsy is scheduled for today.
