According to Commissioner Shober, impact fees for Washington Country will provide great benefits to the community.
“I think it’s a tremendous boost to Washington County right now. Not only do we have money going into things that have needed money for a long time, but I think we’re planning for the future”, said Shober.

Some of the impact fees have gone towards repairing bridges, roof replacements in the elections office, and they have also helped nursing homes.
