PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — Police say a couple of thieves took to the water to steal supplies from a company in Franklin, Venango County.
On Friday, residents reported seeing two men on a kayak floating down French Creek, stopping at Franklin Industries — and removing steel from the property.READ MORE: Pittsburgh Weather: Wind Chill Advisory For Regions North, East Of Pittsburgh
Police Located 22-year-old Joseph Ketcham and 30-year-old Daniel Ketcham, both of Meadville, and a 15-year-old juvenile who allegedly unloaded the steel at the edge of the creek bed.

Police took all three into custody.
