2 Major Drug Busts Just Hours Apart

WASHINGTON COUNTY (KDKA) – Police in Washington County made two major drug busts just hours apart.

Drug task force officers arrested Christopher Byrd, 30, in Donora late Thursday night.

Officers say they raided a home at 1321 Gilmore Avenue and found 54-bricks of heroin, a semi-auto 9mm pistol, and approximately 64-hundred dollars in cash.

Police say the drugs have a street value of 16-thousand dollars.

In Hanover Township, the drug task force arrested Jebidia Keiser Jr. at a home on North Kings Creek Road.

Officers say they found several marijuana plants, oxycodone, hydrocodone, and other prescription pills.

They also found a .45 caliber pistol.

Both Byrd and Keiser were taken to the Washington County Jail.
