Man Accused In Machete Threat Waives Hearing
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- The man accused of threatening his neighbor with a machete was in court Tuesday morning.
Kevin Loy waived his right to a preliminary hearing.
Police arrested him last month after police say security cameras captured him walking toward his neighbor's house waving a machete.
This happened in the Mooncrest area of Moon Township.
Police also say Loy is also accused of making racist comments.
