Pa. Farmer's Crop Yields 4-Headed Ear Of Corn

HANOVER, Pa. (AP) - When central Pennsylvania farmer Ben Klunk tells people about the mutant corn he found, they're all ears.

Klunk tells Hanover's The Evening Sun newspaper he discovered an ear of corn with four heads.

He says he's been keeping it in a refrigerator since finding it last week.

Klunk says the four-headed ear of corn is unlike anything he's ever seen and he feels lucky to have made the discovery.

He tells the newspaper, "This is a once-in-a-lifetime ear of corn."

Klunk hasn't said if he plans to eat the corn, donate it to science or put it on display.
