WASHINGTON, Pa. (KDKA) – A vacant home in Washington County was destroyed in an early Thursday morning fire.

According to officials at the scene, the fire broke out in the 100-block of McCarrell Avenue around 4:38 a.m.

Fortunately, there are no reports of injuries, but the home is believed to be a total loss.

The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
