There are new details on the accident that killed a 5-year-old girl in West Finley.
The community has now set up a fund for Taylor Ann Louise Stout's family.
The girl's mother was driving when she says another vehicle forced her off the roadway, sending the car over a cliff on the side of the road.
The car went down the hill; the little girl was ejected and died at the scene.
The Taylor Ann Louise Stout Memorial Fund has been set up at local Citizens Bank branches.
