Woman Charged After Security Scare At Chicora School
CHICORA (KDKA) -- A woman is facing charges after a security scare at a Butler County elementary school.
State police say 27-year-old Ashley Soose of Karns City called Chicora Elementary School just after 12:30 p.m. Wednesday to say her son's father was coming to get the boy and that he had a gun.
Police took the man into custody, but it turns out, he wasn't armed.
Soose has been charged with two counts of terroristic threats, recklessly endangering another person and disorderly conduct.
She is expected to be arraigned on those charges soon.
