Steelers 2013 MVP Goes To Antonio Brown

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – Antonio Brown has been named the Steelers' Most Valuable Player of 2013.

The team announced the selection Thursday afternoon.

"It means everything," said Brown. "Anytime you're voted by your peers and put in this position, you're obviously thankful. Definitely don't take it for granted, and it's something I appreciate."

Brown was also selected as MVP another time in 2011.

Steelers officials call this season Brown's "best statistical seasons by any receiver in team history."

They say he's also already nabbed 101 receptions, eight touchdowns and 1,412 receiving yards.

Last year's MVP went to Heath Miller.
