New Years Day Cocktail


  • 2 cups Prosecco, chilled
  • 4 ounces Aperol (or to taste)
  • 2 cups freshly squeezed orange juice, chilled
  • 2 cups pomegranate juice, chilled
  • Orange slices, for garnish


Combine the Prosecco, Aperol, orange juice, and pomegranate juice in a pitcher and pour into 6 Champagne glasses.

Garnish with orange slices and serve.
