PITTSBURGH (KDKA) - Allegheny County Sheriff's deputies arrested three fugitives overnight, including two sex offenders.

One of the men taken into custody, Daniel Brice, 62, of the North Side, was a wanted bank robber.

Brice was arrested around 11 p.m. Wednesday in an apartment in the 5700-block of Penn Avenue in East Liberty.

Brice was wanted in connection with the robbery of the Citizens Bank in William Penn Place on Jan. 15. He is facing two robbery charges stemming from the incident.

He was wanted on two previous parole violation warrants as well. One was for a 2013 guilty plea in relation to a retail theft, while the other was for a 2011 guilty plea for criminal trespass.

Also arrested last night were John Hayden, 57, of Homewood, and Frank Ray Gibbs, 65, of Millvale.

Hayden, a sex offender, was wanted for a parole violation for failing to register as a sex offender. He has been required to register as a sex offender since a 2004 rape conviction.

Hayden was taken into custody without incident at an apartment in the 1300-block of Malden Street on the North Side.

Gibbs was also wanted for failing to comply with registration of sexual offender requirements as well as failing to appear in court.

He has been required to register as a sex offender since being convicted in New Mexico for criminal sexual contact of a minor. Police filed the charges after learning Gibbs had been living in Pennsylvania for nearly three years without registering.

Gibbs was arrested while entering his apartment building in the 100-block of Butler Street in Millvale.

All three suspects are currently being held in the Allegheny County Jail.
