West Mifflin Bank Robbery Suspect Sought

WEST MIFFLIN (KDKA) – Police are searching for a man in connection with a bank robbery in West Mifflin Thursday morning.

According to police, the incident happened at the First National Bank in the 2200-block of Lebanon Church Road just after 9 a.m.

The suspect handed the teller a note demanding money before he fled the scene.

The suspect is described as being a white male in his early 30s with facial hair. He is about 6-feet tall with a thin build.

He was last seen wearing a black coat, black hooded-sweatshirt with olive strips, blue jeans, gray tennis shoes and sunglasses.

After leaving the bank, it is believed that he fled the area in a gray minivan.
