The fourth annual "Shear Da Beard" event was held at Jergel's Rhythm Grille in Warrendale.

His daughter, Grace, gave the first chop to his legendary beard and then gave her daddy a smooch.

After that, it was a who's who of barbers including, Coach Mike Tomlin, Heath Miller and Ziggy Hood.

Then, Keisel went in the back for a final trim before unveiling his new look to the crowd.

"It's mind-boggling," Keisel said of the fans' fascination with this beard.

Keisel says he's proud to be able to do something to help kids who are sick.

He didn't shave the beard totally away, because he says when he has in years past, he's had an identity crisis.

Keisel also played the guitar and sang, which brought cheers from the crowd.

Last year, the event raised $40,000.
