Naked Man Tased, Arrested In Downtown Pittsburgh

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – Pittsburgh Police were called to reports of a man who took off his clothes as he started walking across a downtown bridge.

Witnesses say the man started taking off his clothes on the Rachel Carson bridge, and throwing them into the Allegheny River.

Police responded, and were forced to chase after the man who started running.

Police say he resisted arrest, so they were forced to use a Taser to take him into custody.

No word on his identity, or why he decided to strip in the first place.

The woman who took the now viral video, Jacquelyn Flesner, is oddly enough a certified Etiquette trainer. She says she drove by and saw police handing the man a trash bag to cover himself up.

After driving by once she decided to turn around and check out the scene.

"Being the nosy person I am, I circled back around," she said.

She says when she got back to the scene she noticed the man no longer had the trash bag and police were trying to handcuff him.

That's when the man took off naked and Flesner started recording. She says right after she stopped recording, "he gets Tased and his face plants in the pavement."

Flesner says she seems to always, "get myself in these situations."
