Spring Hill Home Invasion Suspects Sought

SPRING HILL (KDKA) - Police are looking for two men accused of bursting into a woman's home in Spring Hill overnight and demanding money.

Investigators said one of the men was at the home the night before, asking to stay the night.

Just before 2 a.m., Laura Kablach said two men busted into her home looking for money.

"They took about $50 in cash off me, which wasn't much," Kablach said.

A Pittsburgh Police spokesperson said earlier in the night, a man known to Kablach was at her home. After she denied his request to stay the night, he threatened her with mace and stole $50 off a coffee table.

Not long after, he allegedly returned with a masked man armed with a gun.

"Two men came into my house. One had a gun, the other one I knew of," Kablach said. "They said, 'Give me your money, all your money or we're going to beat you with this gun, we're going to beat you in the head with this gun."

According to police, Kablach did not have any more money to give and the pair took off.

"They left. They ran up the street," she said.

The victim was able to give Pittsburgh Police a description of the man she knows. Kablach was not hurt in the break in.

"My nerves are a little shot right now, but other than that, I'm doing pretty good," she said.

Police are continuing to investigate. No further description was available of the suspects.
