PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – A 14-year-old boy with two guns is suspected of shooting a man in East Liberty Sunday night.

Police say the victim, a 28-year-old man, was on his way home from work when he got into an altercation with the teen along Penn Avenue around 9 p.m.

That’s when the teen shot the man in the neck. The victim was taken to the hospital and is in stable condition.

The boy was arrested.
