BOVINA, N.Y. (AP) – Police say they’ve determined that a car stolen in Pennsylvania’s Pocono Mountains is not linked to the man being sought for the killing of a Pennsylvania state trooper.
Pennsylvania State Police spokeswoman Connie Devens said Saturday that authorities ruled out any connection to 31-year-old Eric Frein.READ MORE: Former Allegheny County Council President John DeFazio Passes Away
A 2012 Porsche Cayman that was reported stolen a week ago turned up about 100 miles north of the Poconos in Bovina, New York.

A manhunt remains underway.
