DUI Crash Leaves 1 Dead In Somerset Co.

BOSWELL BOROUGH (KDKA) – A man is facing DUI charges following a fatal accident in Somerset County Saturday night

According to police, the accident happened at the intersection of Hower Avenue and Main Street in Boswell Borough around 8 p.m.

Leroy Lepley, 56, of Boswell Borough, hit a man on a motorcycle.

The operator of the motorcycle, Jessey Morrison, 23, of Boswell Borough, died as a result of the crash.

When police arrived, it was determined that Lepley was intoxicated and subsequent charges are pending.
