Investigators located Flores’ red Jeep Cherokee in the garage behind his home. Police say they believe he may have tried to cover and conceal the vehicle. The hood was clearly dented from the impact.

The victim suffered a concussion and two broken legs.

She was thrown 60 feet by the impact.
