T-Mobile Offering Refunds For "Cramming"
T-Mobile is paying more than $67 million in refunds to customers who were billed for text message services they didn't order.
It's part of a settlement with federal regulators.
They'd accused T-Mobile of "cramming," or billing customers for subscriptions they didn't want or authorize.
For example, $9.99 a month for horoscope services.
