PENN HILLS (KDKA) — A day after the Penn Hills School District business manager Richard Liberto was placed on administrative leave and told to hand over his office keys and cell phone, district officials haven’t yet fully explained why he was let go.

The district said initially that Liberto was placed on leave with pay so there could be an audit of current office practices.
