Report: Arizona State WR Making Pre-Draft Visit With Steelers

PITTSBURGH (93-7 The FAN) – According to Kirk Larrabee of 247Sports.com, the Steelers brought in just one potential draft choice for a visit on Friday.

Arizona State wide receiver Jaelen Strong was in town to meet with team officials.

Strong recorded 82 catches for 1,165 yards and 10 touchdowns in his junior year for the Sun Devils and has decided to forgo his senior season to declare for the NFL Draft.

Strong also put up decent numbers in his sophomore season at Arizona State, the only other year he saw the field.  He caught 75 passes for 1,122 yards and 7 touchdowns.

Strong is believed to be a late first round draft pick, but concerns over a broken bone in his wrist that could require surgery has some teams concerned.
