Police: Man Tries To Stomp In Car Windshield After Fight With "Baby Mama"

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – An East Hills man was arrested after allegedly jumping on a car and trying to stomp in the windshield while three other people were inside of it.

Police say Jonathan Gallman had been at a court hearing earlier that day with the mother of his child, as well as her mother.

Allegedly when the child's mother and grandmother went to pick up the girl from school, Gallman and his new girlfriend showed up. That's when police say Gallman "stated he was arguing with his baby mama and her mother and they exchanged words."

Police say the argument escalated and Gallman jumped on the car belonging to his daughter's grandmother, while she, the child and the child's mother were all inside.

They say he jumped on the roof and tried to smash in the windshield.

Gallman told police the driver hit him with the car. However, police say video surveillance shows that Gallman did jump on the car.

Gallman was taken to UPMC Presbyterian Hospital where he was treated for some minor injuries and was later taken to the Allegheny County Jail.
