“We seized a good amount of money, a large amount of methamphetamine, and unfortunately, heroin’s an epidemic and meth is certainly starting to come around,” said Officer Norman Locke, of the North Versailles Police Department.

According to the Allegheny County District Attorney’s Office, Bollinger is believed to be on parole from a federal meth conviction.
