Public Invited to Walk 93 in Shanksville
SHANKSVILLE (KDKA)- The Friends of the Flight 93 National Memorial are inviting everyone to join them for Walk 93.
On September 26, the inaugural memorial walk will take place at the Flight 93 National Memorial.
Proceeds from Walk 93 will fund the building and maintenance of the trails at the memorial.
Participants in the walk will experience the memorial's newly-opened Visitor Center from 7:00 a.m.-9:00 a.m. The 2.28 mile walk will then begin at 9:00 a.m.
