Ferrari Recalls 800 Vehicles For Airbag Problem

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) - Ferrari is recalling about 800 sports cars in the United States because of problems with driver's air bags made by Takata.

The automaker says air bags may inflate with the wrong orientation, which increases the risk of injury in a crash.

Some 2015 model year 458 Italia and Spider vehicles are among those affected.

The recall appears unrelated to Takata airbags that can inflate with too much force.
