Police Need Help Catching 'Quick-Change' Thief In Moon Township

MOON TOWNSHIP (KDKA)- Police are hoping the public can help them track down a quick-change thief.

Police say a white woman with tattoos pulled off quick-change thefts at Topping Town, Kuhn's Market and Kmart in Moon Township.

A customer snapped a cell phone picture of the suspect at the Kmart, when he realized she was trying to scam the clerk.

Eventually, the clerk refused to cooperate with the suspect.  She became very upset and left the store.

The customer had heard about similar thefts at Topping Town from the Moon Township Facebook page, so he snapped a picture.

Police believe the suspect's name is 32-year-old Tarah Ann Lowery.

So far, no charges have been filed.
