Man Accused Of Shooting 2 Teens Arrested In Mercer Co.

SHARON (KDKA) – A man accused of shooting two teenagers in a car earlier this month has been arrested.

According to police, Quentin Mathews, 34, was wanted in connection with an incident on Oct. 17 in Farrell.

Mathews was a front seat passenger in a vehicle that picked up two 17-year-old boys. At some point, a verbal altercation between one of the boys and Mathews escalated.

Mathews allegedly pulled out a gun and shot one of the teens three times – twice in the face and once in the arm. He then turned the gun on the second teen and shot him in the back.
