Steelers' DeAngelo Williams Goes Undercover At South Hills' Dick's

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Some Steelers fans got a huge surprise while doing their holiday shopping at Dick's in the South Hills.

In a hidden camera gag, Steelers' running back DeAngelo Williams spent the day recently working undercover at the store's "Buy Online, Pick-Up In-Store" service desk.

Wearing glasses and a cap to cover up his recognizable hair, Williams managed to trick quite a few customers and also managed to make them laugh at the same time.

He asked one how long he could swing the Terrible Towel, and others to take canoes and sleds out for test drives right in the store!

"So we got this promotion going on, who can swing the Terrible Towel the longest," Williams says in the video. "You know how to swing the Terrible Towel, right? So, we're going to swing the Terrible Towel, and I'm going to go back and get your item, and we're going to see how long you can swing it."

He also offered to wrap a number of gifts, including an awkward wrapping job on a lacrosse stick.

Finally, Williams revealed himself; one customer eventually recognizing him and making the days of the fans.
