HARRISBURG (KDKA) - An upcoming wave of sleet, freezing rain and periods of icing has prompted the PEMA Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency to activate Level 3 Monday.

The activation will go into affect at noon, and will include "Enhanced Watch, Situation Awareness Section, Planning Section, Logistics/Resource Support Section, Center Support, Bureau of Technical Services and Public Information staff," according to a release from PEMA.
