CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. (AP) – A Pennsylvania woman will serve up to seven years in prison over the death of a 3-month-old girl she was baby-sitting.

The Public Opinion reports that Chambersburg resident Rosanna Desinor reached a deal with prosecutors and pleaded no contest Monday to voluntary manslaughter in the death of Kaendra Destinvil. She was originally charged with homicide.
