Man, 19, Arrested For Indecent Exposure At Hempfield Twp. Walmart
WESTMORELAND COUNTY (KDKA) -- Police arrested a 19-year-old man Thursday night for allegedly exposing himself to a victim at a Hempfield Township Walmart.
According to state police, the incident happened around 10 p.m.

Police say 19-year-old Jason Umble, of Greensburg, exposed his genitals to a victim while they were in the children's toys section of the store.
Umble was arrested and sent to Westmoreland County Jail.
