Woman Faces 84 Drug Charges After Traffic Stop

MOUNT PLEASANT (KDKA) -- A woman is facing 84 drug-related charges after she was allegedly caught with morphine during a Mount Pleasant traffic stop.

Helena Dee Uncapher, 31, was allegedly found with marijuana, two bottles of morphine pills, $163, a scale and drug paraphernalia.

Police were called on report of a "burnt out" passenger on Thursday.

She apparently told officers she was planning to give the morphine pills to a friend.

Uncapher is charged with one count each of acquiring a controlled substance by misrepresentation, possession of a controlled substance, unauthorized purchase of a controlled substance and unauthorized removal of a seal on a controlled substance and 59 counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and 19 counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

She is being held in Westmoreland County Jail on a $25,000 bond.
