Possible Hit-And-Run Leaves Man Dead In McKees Rocks, Driver Sought

MCKEES ROCKS (KDKA) – Police are looking to speak with the driver of a vehicle that may have been involved in a fatal hit-and-run accident in McKees Rocks.

According to police, the incident happened in the 1300 block of Vine Street in McKees Rocks on Saturday.

The victim, 23-year-old Nikkolas Poliak was transported to a local hospital, where he later died.

Poliak's landlord said he moved close to the city to work as a personal trainer.

The medical examiner says Poliak died from blunt force injuries to the head.

After reviewing surveillance video and speaking with witnesses, police believe a newer model, dark colored, four-door Cadillac was in the area at the time.

Police are looking to speak with the driver of the vehicle.
