According to the Medical Examiner's Office, the man has been identified as 27-year-old Terrence Jackson.

The surviving victim in the case spoke to KDKA-TV as he was leaving police headquarters this morning.

He said the shooting happened behind him in the bar.

"I can't really tell you much," said Darnell. "I heard a scuffle, I saw everybody moving, so I tried to move too. I was sitting at the bar and it happened behind me."

"Our office and the city police have been concerned for some time about the activity taking place in the vicinity of Red's Bar. Following the shooting overnight, we immediately reached out to the owner and his counsel requesting that they cease operating until we have an opportunity to discuss our concerns more fully. The owner has agreed to cooperate and Red's Bar is now closed. We will sit down with the owner and his counsel next week to further discuss our concerns."
